Fuel

See your calories and macros in one place

Fuel tracks calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat against your daily targets, with running totals that update as you log each meal.

What Fuel tracks

  • Calories — computed from protein (4 kcal/g), carbs (4 kcal/g), and fat (9 kcal/g). Editing macros updates calories automatically.
  • Protein — useful for muscle maintenance and satiety, especially in a calorie deficit.
  • Carbohydrates — total carbs tracked per day against your target.
  • Fat — often under-tracked. Cooking oils and sauces add up quickly.

Daily goals and running totals

Set your own daily targets. Fuel shows how much you've consumed and how much remains as you log each meal. Meals are grouped by time of day so you can see where your intake is concentrated.

History and progress

Every day you log is stored in your history. Browse back through previous days or view your calorie and macro trends over time in the progress view.
